First time in to get an estimate on a Friday. Following Monday dropped car off for repairs. Bucky's personnel went above and beyond to fix the issues that were present on our vehicle. I would give 6 stars if I could. Very grateful for the time put in by the mechanics to get our vehicle it's much needed repairs.

Seth was kind, informative, honest & so incredibly helpful. 12/10 service, will definitely be taking my van back for all future fixes. I'm always nervous taking my van into shops because it is also my home, & Seth really went above & beyond. I was truly in good hands, & they handled my van with such care.

View on GoogleThese guys are 5-star plus! We had just been in a fender-bender on the freeway. We could still drive, but our muffler was loose, and we had at least a 2-hour drive to get home. As soon as the Patrol released us, we were able to limp over to Bucky's on 48th in Tacoma. He took a look, said no problem, got our car on his rack, and, in an hour or so, had our muffler reattached and told us we were good to go. Very fair price and saved us from getting a rental car and made it home just fine. We were very pleased with our experience with Bucky's Auto Repair.

Have a 2009 Kia Sportage need a pre- buyer’s inspection and they did amazing the inspection helped with getting some of the price knocked down, Loving 🥰 it thank you all for being so thorough on the project.
