The service was pretty legit. However the person who was given me updates on my vehicle was pretty rude, almost like he was rage baiting. Not good professionalism on his part. I believe he was sent from another Buckys. Anyway I remember one of the mechanics being rude as well. I maintained myself so that I could get my vehicle fixed, however I will not and do not recommend anyone going to the Sprague location by the Southern Kitchen Restaurant Decent mechanics but not the best people or professionalism.

I took my car into Bucky’s Auto Repair at 6th and Sprague on a Monday morning with the hope of maybe getting my brakes serviced by the end of the day. Jordan was very professional, cheerful and friendly— something you don’t get very often when dealing with auto repair shops. He called me back after a FREE brake inspection. While I can be a bit of a pain as a customer, Jordan maintained a positive attitude and was perfectly professional. He was straight up honest and presented all the facts in detail. The work was done well and promptly. I highly recommend this business!

Took my car in for an oil change and once over. As usual, the men at Bucky's are as nice as can be and the work, as far as I can tell is outstanding. Any time I've brought my truck in for service, I've been satisfied and never felt like i spent too much money. I am a loyal customer to Bucky's on 6th avenue.

These people are great. Im mechanically inclined enough to work on most of my car but with my newer car it has an electronic ebrake that has a tool needed to do the break job. Just in the inspection thats free the mechanic and desk person were super helpful in getting me what I needed to know. I'll be doing my front breaks thanks to them and when ready I will absolutely be coming back here for them to do my 30k service (for 199.99 its cheap) on top of the back breaks. Thank you both so much!!

Community values aren't something you have but something you do. When I worked with James, I felt like I was being taken care of like part of the community. You can tell he cares about the people that come in through the door. My car was over 20 years old. He was able to secure a part that isn't made anymore. When they took a closer look, the car was irreparable and I was overwhelmed. I have never been in this position before. James and his team called me back to go over the damage. Then, he walked me through the process of what happens now. He gave me advice on not only how to purchase my next car but on trustworthy makes and models for my needs. While they were unable to make repairs to the car, I trust them. I'll be bringing my next one in.
