He's a great mechanic very trustworthy I go to him for everything to do with my car He's the only one I trust with my car I just want to say thank you for always being there for me and for being reasonable appreciate all the hard work you do for us
View on GoogleStay away from this shop....do not trust this guy to do good work and stand behind his work. John rebuilt my transmission, replaced the PCM with a measly 1 year warranty 12,000 miles. 10 months later the 2nd gear started to slip and the truck went into limp mode. John told us to take it to Ford and have them diagnose it. We did that, and ford confirmed the 2nd gear was out of ratio. P0732 code. When we had the truck towed In, he said he would look at it Monday. Monday rolled around and he called to tell us that he would NOT warrant his transmission work. We argued on the phone back and forth until finally he said come get your truck, or I'll have it towed. This guy is a real A hole. He did shotty work and when it came back he wouldn't honor his warranty. He would rather be sued in small claims court then honor his work. Save your money and go someplace else............
View on GoogleTook truck in to get worked on and it sat for over 2 weeks without touching it. When I asked for status update he told me he couldn't work on it because the snow and how he's been busy with other vehicles brought in as long as a week after I dropped mine off. I think whatever and give the guy 3 more business days and call him just to hear he's still not touched it and states a totally different issue of why I even brought it to him so I say I'm coming to get it and go get the keys. I had to wait a day to get it towed so I go in when he opens that morning to tell him 4hours till tow truck can come and get threatened that he will impound it if I don't move it sooner. Not to mention the attitude he had but his justification was I didn't give him time to work on it. 17 days shoulda been plenty. Don't take your vehicle to this guy!
