Automotive Images

No other shop would touch my car due to it being a classic which is an 85’ El Camino SS Choo Choo Custom. I got referred to Automotive Images from the few shops that I was talking with. Brandon was able to get the car completely taken care of. He explained the whole process to me and even allowed me to see the work you doing while it was being done when I would come in to make payments, Or if he just wanted me to see where we were at, so I could see the whole process in and out. Since his shop was out of network my insurance company (State Farm) only paid me part of what would cover the repair cost. The rest I had to pay upfront since Brandon doesn’t work directly with insurance anymore. However Brandon helped with making sure that all the documentation for insurance was there that was needed since he’s worked with insurance companies for so long. He assured me that all the documentation he provided of the repairs should get me reimbursed by my insurance company. All The documentation Brandon provided was more than enough for my insurance to reimburse me what I had to pay upfront for the total repair cost. Just as he said I got reimbursed every penny I had to pay upfront. Great experience over all and with excellent quality of work!

Simply the best around. Brandon Huhtala is down-to-Earth and skilled at what he does. I always focus on the small things, and I noticed that he paid special attention to the details and made sure to give my repair the highest level of care and attention that I have ever seen. He gets the job done, the right way, the first time. (He's also a record-breaking racer! He just loves being around cars and it shows in his work and attitude). He had my car back in shape exactly when he said he would. Everyone I met here was friendly as well. I reserve my highest remarks for those who deserve them, and Brandon earned 5 stars (I'd give 6 if I could). If I ever have another issue with my car, I am coming right back here. If you are looking around for a quality body shop, you just found it. I would be willing to bet money that this will be the best experience with an auto shop that you will ever have.

Brandon is a down to earth guy and his shop does top notch work. He's done work on two of my cars over the last 15 years and frankly, I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. One of the best experiences I've ever had with an automotive repair shop. I came to Automotive Images after my van was struck by an uninsured motorist. Dealing with my insurance company was an absolute nightmare, but dealing with Automotive Images made the situation so much more tolerable. The owner Brandon is extremely helpful and really know what he's doing. He will advocate for you as the customer, rather than allowing your insurance company to call the shots. If you need body work done, do yourself and this local small business a favor and take your car to Automotive Images!

Automotive images has worked on three of my cars and each time the quality of their work was excellent and the cars looked like new. They have happily done both very small touchups as well as large jobs for me. The prices they charge are reasonable and I never feel taken advantage of. They are friendly and helpful and worked with our insurance company. Also, they were accurate with their time estimate and completed each job on-time. I trust them with any of my cars and I will never take a car anywhere else.
