I have had multiple repairs done here with my Audi. They are very professional in many ways, including excellent communication and quality work. All of the costs were laid out upfront with nothing to hide. They are very familiar with my platform and engine so they know what to look for and what will go wrong. They communicated known problems that may occur and want to help you resolve it without pressuring you. I had more broken parts than expected on more than one service and they will notify you before they proceed with additional work and explain the costs. You can tell that they have the best interest of the customer in mind. Service Advisor Andy was very helpful and made the whole process very smooth. He actually knows the cars and works with the technicians while the car is being serviced and provides repair picture progress. The service is far above and beyond any dealership you will ever experience and they provided quality parts where needed while also reducing costs with third party common replacement parts. Overall 5/5, would recommend to anyone with European/German cars especially tuned, modified, aftermarket upgraded cars as they specialize in aftermarket performance upgrades as well. They are a 034 and APR certified shop, so they know these cars.

Any bad reviews here are left by people who lack the competence to make them. They were amazing. Their customer service is excellent. Their knowledge of their craft is far superior to even the people who make the cars. You are definitely paying for what you get when you go here, and they're worth every penny of it. They went above and beyond with fixing my wife's car. In all of the states I've lived in they are probably the most knowledgeable shop on German cars. If your car even has a German thought I would bring it here. Big shout out to Andy for helping me out, going above and beyond in taking care of me and my wife's car.

Brought my 2016 F30 in for an Oil Change, and the pricing was excellent compared to other places I had gotten quotes from, they also did an overall inspection of the vehicle and informed me of other (non alarming) maintenance issues that I should keep an eye on, so, I returned the next week and had them do that as well. They also installed a charge pipe that I provided, I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and communication that I have gotten and will not be going anywhere else during my time in Washington for BMW work!

Great shop with good honest people! Went there after going back and forth with the Mercedes dealership, and they were able to get my car correctly diagnosed and repaired. Since then they've continued to be super helpful and reliable for my ongoing regular maintenance. Very happy with their service !

Finally found a shop that actually knows BMWs! Brought my F10 5 series to them for an inspection and oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. These guys really understand the intricacies of German cars. It’s refreshing to see techs who actually get it, and they had no problem getting me an engine oil sample for analysis and even had the complete kit ready to go for me there, last minute. Andy took great care of me and clearly knows his stuff. If you’ve got a German car and want people who will treat it right, this is the place. Highly recommend.
