March 2026: They did not care whatsoever what is needed to be done with your car!! They just wanted to sale you their highest package to you. I asked them if they know why my Toyota 2018 Prius's engine lights is on, oil light, why there's no heat in my car, and why my coolant kept getting low (had to refilled it myself every 3 days or so). They said they don't know, and that I should go have it check at the dealership. Well of course I would have if I knew THEY DON'T KNOW THEIR STUFFS! Such a waste of time and money (cost me $120 for a oil change)! I TRULY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...and I've been here in the past when their services was outstanding! Also, after the oil was changed, my engine and oil lights were still on in my car!! I have read many of the reviews here from your customers, and I have to admit that your responses are very UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL! TRY TO PROCESS THOSE FEEDBACKS AND RESPOND GRACIOUSLY TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, RATHER THAN REACTING DEFENSIVELY. REMEMBER: CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK HELPS YOU IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS!

They dont take online coupons fyi (they said it's from a different auto lube). Feels overpriced but I'm pretty sure all the oil change places are charging close to the same.

I don’t know and I can’t speak for other people but I always come here to get my oil changed and the guys are always nice and prompt. I just got off work and was able to rush here by 5:45 to get my oil changed and they were so understanding and accommodating since I called before time. There’s just something about letting people who know what they’re doing do the work for you that puts you at ease. I know they do. Oh and on top Of that I love their coffee. It’s right next door.

This is the second time using them for an oil change. Once on my Audi Q7 and this time on my Audi S7. A lot of other places I called were super expensive AND I had to wait to make an appointment AND they had to order supposedly something special for my no S7… I don’t know a ton about cars, however I know about service, quality, and timeliness. And they get 5 stars for all three and more! PLUS… they also own a little coffee spot next door you can walk or drive up to and get coffee while you wait the be 15 minutes it takes to get an oil change! BEST CAR MAINTENANCE SPOT EVER! SIDENOTE: The waiting room is clean and doesn’t smell like oil like some other places! I took a pic of the inside and the espresso spot.
