AA Auto Repair was able to get my car repair needs done in a timely manner. The staff and shop manager were very helpful and attentive with addressing my concerns regarding my transmission. I will be taking my car back to them for future repairs.
View on GoogleI brought my BMW in for service; Same place where I bought the vehicle. They took 3 weeks for repairs but failed to fix the initial issue. I got my car back in worst condition than before. So not only did I pay almost $1200 for nothing but Lens Automotive had to replace the work they did plus more in 2 days turnaround. They(AAM) tried to double charge for labor on the same repair. Turned out that wasnt even the issue. Communication sucks. Definitely will never go back to this place! 😪 no point of having techs if they can't identify whats wrong in a timely manner. Total rip off!
View on Google3 weeks to replace a row of lifters and a camshaft. Not once was I notified of the delays nor given an apology for the delay in the repair. Car lot is great, repair shop not so much. Maybe if I was paying cash instead of using the $4000.00 warranty they sold me results would have been different

Of course, when it reached the shop it started right up, but the repair team diagnosed the issue and were reasonable with the price. What stood out to me most was the customer service. I worked with Simeon and Greg who were incredibly patient with me when figuring out a financing issue. I never felt like I was being upsold or that I was getting in anyone's way. Because of the amazing customer service, I will be bringing my vehicle back in the future. Thank you for your patience and kindness.

The part I really liked was that I never felt like I was buying a car/SUV, come on anyone that remembers the beginning of, "Barney Miller" should know exactly what I'm saying, lol These guys and girls are the best and they deserve 1m⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars, if you want a nice experience while purchasing a new car AAM, All American Motors that's all you need to know, God bless
