How lucky to have this excellent resource in the little town of Sultan. It's always easy to reach a live person by phone and Sarah Terry instills a lot of confidence coordinating parts orders and scheduling service seamlessly.  All four of my appointments at Wagley have been hassle-free, completed on time, and cost less than quoted. Chris Reaper and team have noticed and called to attention an issue I had forgotten to mention, declined to charge me for something I asked for but turned out not to need, and were able to procure difficult to locate aftermarket parts, just to name a few highlights.

Very picky with my vehicles and this place did a heck of a job getting my alignment straightened out on a difficult German SUV. Not a lot of shops are that dialed in to their alignments but this one was great. Thanks to the tech and office/mgmt for shuttling me to and from and getting this done! Highly recommend!

Told them I wanted a part replaced, and that was all. Brought my truck in, and they ran tests on it and told me they couldn’t find the problems with their test drive (dash cam shows their test drive was driving it across the parking lot after leaving it running for an hour). Charged me for “half an hour” of work at $200 an hour, which I guess is my own fault, I should have asked rates previously, but I was under the impression that when I tell them I wanted my part replaced, that they would do that, rather than running their tests and telling me that my problem doesn’t exist while they have it. I unplugged a fuse powering the part I told them I wanted replaced, and my problem is gone.

This shop is professional, and friendly. They offer quick service and fair pricing. They always seem to go above and beyond. Gained a lifetime supporter here with their expert knowledge, modern tools and willingness to accommodate. A+++
