I’ve driven over 100 miles one way just to take my rig to Vandervert and I’d do it again without hesitation. Matt is incredibly kind and has the patience of a saint—especially when dealing with my third-party warranty company, which he handled completely and without a single complaint. Both times they’ve worked on my rig, I’ve left feeling confident the job was done right and that I wouldn’t have to worry about a thing. The whole team clearly knows what they’re doing, and it shows. My only complaint? They’re not closer to home—because if they were, I’d have a really hard time choosing between them and the only other shop I fully trust.

I’ve been going to Vanderverts for years for routine maintenance, and they have always taken great care of me. Recently I was in my first car accident and wasn’t sure what to do next. Matt took the time to explain the process and even offered to speak with my insurance company about the damages, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. What meant the most was his kindness he loaned me the shop’s car so I could still take my daughter to her cheer competition. That level of care and customer service is rare. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them.

My wife went out to start her car this morning and it wouldn't start. Called Vandervert and they were great on the phone and said I could drop it off and they would work it in this week. I was luckily able to get it to the shop after a jump. Matt was awesome and tested the battery for us and it did turn out to be the battery. Tested the alternator just to be sure and it was fine. Got us in right away and the battery was done in minutes. Definitely will be back for anything else we need done.

Very pleased with the service and integrity of this place, they gave me their opinion on some things that I wanted looked at and they said it would be a bit more than what the car was worth but I'm happy they gave me that option. They gave me their honest opinion about a few things and didn't charge for it. That makes me trust them that much more. They didn't make up some excuse to do the work. That I appreciate the most. They definitely have my business. Thank you for doing great work.
