2014 hyundai veloster base. I took my vehicle to a different repair shop and was told 3 different times that there was nothing wrong with it, took it to tunetech and of course very poorly explained what it was doing and how it felt to drive. The next day they called me with the diagnosis and it needed a few important repairs, Patrick and Alex made sure I was updated every step of the way as well as making sure everything happening was to my understanding. The overall price was high but for the quality work they do here at tunetech; it is definitely worth it!

My diesel truck had lots of deferred maintenance. The staff was very helpful in helping me prioritize the list for the best results. I will be performing a few simpler tasks thougought the winter while it is not being driven, then visiting them in the spring to tackle more repair needs. This was very helpful to spread out the costs over some time. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend them. I’ve been bringing my cars and trucks to them for over 10 years. Thank you!

Alex from the Monroe Location was great he kept me very informed on what was being needed. Everyone at this location was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. My Nissan Titan XD was deleted when I brought it is but the ECM and Transmission were not communicating correctly, they were able to repair this and had identified that the coolant block off plate had a bad weld and was spraying coolant. They were able to repair everything and kept me informed the entire time. I would recommend the Monroe store to anyone who has a Diesel Nissan Titan.

I have been taking my son’s car here for almost a year. It started as just a routine oil change and then we found out his car needed routine maintenance for the mileage and they were so kind and worked with me. Made sure I had a way home and back. And even worked around my crazy schedule. Work was always done on time or early. We won’t be going anywhere else. About to buy my daughters first car and we will definitely be taking her car here as well. I know she’ll be treated with respect and they won’t try to screw her just because she’s a woman.

Alex and Patrick know how to run a business. I recently had an appointment for a tune up and dial in on my 1970 Dodge Challenger. The mechanic did it right kudos to him. Didn't catch his name. Reasonable price and they baby your vehicle as it's their own. Pleasant and knowledgeable for sure. I will see them again for sure.
