I just worked with a great guy named Rolland who bent over backwards to try to help me find a golf cart battery. Some fantastic customer service by a person who really knew his stuff and cared. Highly recommend!

Did right by us. Work was done fairly quickly. Very happy with the service my wife received as she took the car in while I was at work. If you need to replace a battery, check with Tobys first. We opted to have them swap the battery as its difficult on our 2014 ford escape and Im currently dealing with a shoulder injury and wife has arthritis. They didna good job. I was telling a buddy about our experience and he said Tobys was able to track down an electrical short for him very quickly that he had trouble finding on his rig.

It was recommended to me to purchase a battery for my car from this establishment. My battery was on its last leg and the red battery light was on in my dashboard. From the moment I stepped into this place I was insulted about the kind of car I drive by the counter person. He was then very rude and he made me feel stupid. I don't know much about cars so I wasn't sure which battery would be right for me. The front counter person was absolutely no help and I was left standing there feeling awkward and stupid. I would have went somewhere else at this point, but I didn't think my car would start back up and I would have had to ask this jerk for a jump start. Counterperson brings out a small used battery and says it's $40. The guy begrudgingly installs my battery after I ask him to. The red battery light is still on so this entire experience was a waste of my time and money. I will NOT be returning to this store ever again. Unfortunately, I have a 90 day warranty on this battery and I really don't want to go back there if there are problems. I was planning on purchasing a new battery (not refurbished) in the very near future, but will go ANYWHERE else then Tobys. Only time Counterperson smiled was when I was leaving. Heavyset guy with long beard. I don't know his name, he never once said it. Update: please see copies of receipts.

Disappointed in the way my daughter's situation was handled, I recommended Toby's to her when her battery in her Tahoe was finished, she's a single mom doing her best for her and my granddaughter, anyway she purchased the rebuilt battery from the shop on Trent and granted it was only warrantied for 3 months but they assured her that she should expect a minimum of a year or more from this battery. Well here we are 4 months and 2 weeks later and the battery no longer holds a charge. Contacted the shop and was told the battery probably was just discharged and to bring it in and they would charge and test the battery and if it's bad they would sell her another one. I'm sorry but after purchasing 4 batteries from them recently and sending people I know that needed a good battery at a fair price this just wasn't good enough for me. Needless to say we went to a different business and paid less for a better warrantied battery. I can no longer recommended Toby's....

Couldn't be more pleased with how quick and efficient their service was! My battery died for good while I was at work and I called them with just an hour left before they closed. They told me that they could help and to head over. I got my car started, drove right over, and Danny tested and replaced my battery in less than 20 minutes. Friendly, efficient and affordable. Highly recommend!
