View on GoogleVisited this store to have balance beads removed and wheels/tires rebalanced while traveling from Seattle. Brand new wheels and they damaged all 4 of them. Called the store when I realized they were damaged after I washed the truck and they told me to email pictures and they would let the manager know to expect an email. Sent the email/pics over two weeks ago now and have been completely ignored by the store so unless you don’t care about damage to your vehicle or wheels I would probably steer clear. They got one star because I was in and out pretty quick. Damage to the wheels displays a lack of caring about the customer though and it shows

They called me the next morning saying everything was done and nothing was wrong with it other than it was out of whack. We picked it up after closing and went home. My daughter said when my son got home he walked in and said "Mechanic gave Mikey car .... Mikey is a free elf 😂😂😂😂😂".
