Take 5 Oil Change

Take 5 offers the best service for the best price. I was very impressed at how well I was taken care of. The entire team was quick, efficient and kind. They definitely know what they're doing. Their guest service is unmatched. I had never experienced such top quality service during an oil change in Spokane until I came to Take 5 at the "Y" at Division and Newport Hwy. I will never go anywhere else besides Take 5.

I pulled up and they immediately took care of what i needed done. They explained everything and answered all my questions. 2 thumbs up to David the manager and Sage who had just started 2 weeks ago and Donovan who I’m guessing was the lead. The checked my tires and topped off all my fluids. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful experience again at Take 5 in N. Spokane at the Y. This was my 2nd time visiting them at this location, and I returned because my first time was superb. Great customer service, friendly workers, and fast service. I will keep returning to Take 5 for my oil changes and maintenance on my Toyota Sequoia. Highly recommend. Very family friendly, my kids and I call it the “fun oil change place”. They enjoy it too! Thanks again for the great customer service Take 5!

Everyone was super friendly and had a smile. They talk you though everything there doing on your car. The communication between staff was BEAUTIFUL! I've never seen a crew work so harmoniously and quickly. It was my first and definitely not my last time going there. They dont push things you dont need and that was wonderful!! 10/10 recommend!

I took my car here and had three different services done, an oil change, coolant exchange, and had my rear differentials serviced and the fluid replaced. Two days later I had to take my car in to get the air intake filter serviced and brought it to a reputable shop that Take5 themselves recommended me to. They looked up the service records and saw that I had my rear differentials serviced then 48 hours and 100 miles ago and they saved a sample of the fluid as they told me it appeared to them that it had not been serviced and the condition of the fluid indicated a much higher mileage in between services. They also notified me that my coolant was leaking and it now does not hold coolant for very long at all and I’ve been having to constantly replace it as I can’t afford the repair on the gasket that is leaking. Which according to take5 my coolant wasn’t leaking when I brought it in or else they would’ve told me. And I was smelling burnt coolant but thought maybe it was just a spill from having it just done. I called and I’ve never been treated more unprofessionally or aggressively than I have from Chad. He has very poor aggression management. He was extremely defensive and said I could bring it in to see “if” it’s leaking coolant(it is leaking). He told me he would text me a time as I’m in school and have work all day(was never texted), lied and claimed he’s called and texted trying to get ahold of me but again never happened despite me checking that they had the correct number. And laughed and talked over me in the rudest manner. I have tried very hard to remain calm and talk to someone that wasn’t him because of how uncomfortable I felt dealing with him but apparently he’s the only manager. I’d rather cut my losses then put up with that kind of treatment. If he talks to customers that way I can’t imagine how he treats his team. Who by the way were the reason we came back, because Will and Daisy and I wasn’t able to catch everyone’s names but they were very professional and made us feel confident in the work that was being done but after this ordeal I will have to find somewhere else with more competent management.
