I had just moved out to Spokane so I was very stressed when my car randomly went into limp mode. I didn’t know who to call! I found them listed on Google and they were able to help the same day. They came out to diagnose my car when the transmission failed, and their pricing was very reasonable. Very nice guys. They were flexible, responsive, and able to help when I needed it. Most importantly, they got my transmission repaired and my car running again. Highly recommend their team.

Very profesional team.. took my old ford because engine took dump and got me going back to work at no time.. prices were a whole lot better then quoted else where and time frame was estimated 3 months and they took 3 weeks to get a whole rebuild .. highly recommend superb

do not go to this place, stay away!!! we brought in our car to have the transmission looked at and were working with Superb to go through our warranty. he told us over ten times that the inspector was not showing up. I called warranty and was told that he had not contacted and there was no record of superb even contacting warranty. i requested to pick up my car after it being there all summer and it took me almost a month! Unresponsive for weeks, lied through his teeth for multiple weeks. still trying to retrieve my key fob till this day and he continues to lie and dodge my calls. these people are shady! Stay away!!!!

My daughter's fiance found these guys and they got an old expedition that had been sitting for a few years up and running for him after his car was totaled in a wreck. I was so impressed that when my fuel pump in my truck went out I immediately called them. They helped get my truck towed to their shop and fixed the fuel pump. I brought up a few things I wanted to have them look at which they fixed. They gave my truck a good inspection and found that my manifold bolts were broke, and get this, the dealer I had taken my truck to on a recall for this lied and said they replaced the bolts but hadn't. At no time did I feel like they were trying to upsell me or talk me into paying for unnecessary work. They were honest, transparent, and very fair priced. I almost hate leaving a review like this because they are a Spokane secret and I may have to wait to get a repair when people find out. In the future, if I can't fix it then I'll be bringing my vehicle here.

Where do I start. Had my car for 4 months. It’s an older car so gave the befit of the doubt. Wrong decision! Extended excuses. Finally picked up the car just because I wanted it back and wasn’t getting any answers. I barely made it home. Check Engine Light on. He said he replaced a bunch of stuff but highly doubt it. No invoice of what was done after asking repeatedly. Oil is still leaking. Had to take it to another shop and the vacuum lines were all messed up, among other things, which was all resolved same day. I really hope what they did say they replaced holds, but I have little faith. Also have extra parts and won’t give back. Just stay away and pay a more. Total ripoff.
