Like others have said, Jordan is amazing. For several years now he has done 100% of the maintenance and pre-purchase inspections for all of my cars. Work is always of impeccable quality, the VERY reasonable prices quoted are always at least matched (if not beaten), and the effort Jordan makes to not only do VERY thorough work but also explain the what/why of what he does is just astounding. Plus, Jordan is just a super nice guy who gives great advice. I'm gushing here, but Jordan is a gem. As long as he can turn a wrench, none of my cars are going anywhere else.

Jordan is an affordable and *honest* mechanic and he does a good job. He will also let your supply your own parts, and is willing to get used parts to save you money (but will let you know if a new part is better.) He's worked on our cars a number of times and we've always been pleased. He even gave my husband a ride home one day so he didn't have to Uber.

Jordan is hands down the best mechanic in town. I go to him for all my repairs. Hes worked my alternator, brakes, struck, shocks, transmission flushes and just general repairs. Hes taking on lots of new customers (rightfully so) so if there's a little wait don't worry, it's completely worth it. A+ mechanic and services!

Very ethical and reliable mobile mechanic. Russell Auto Diagnostics has done work for family members as well me and it is always a great experience. Prior to my most resent repair the owner/mechanic, Jordan, had completed regular maintenance on my 2006 Crown Victoria and in the process taught me a few things I can do myself to save money. He has also changed my brake pads and rotors, added a sway bar and installed new rear springs. The most recent repair was my AC which was on the fritz and all I was getting was hot air. He was able to fix the AC and discovered that I needed a new blend door actuator which involved taking my entire dash apart. When he was done with the work the AC was freezing cold and the dash looked as if he had never taken it out of my car. He performs diagnostics each time and tells me exactly what the issue is and what the approximate cost will be. Every time he has come in under his estimate. His hourly rate is reasonable, and I never feel like I got ripped off. I don’t use any other mechanic. The best part is he does the work at my home and I can watch everything. Awesome experience. Highly recommended.

Jordan is hands down the most honest, transparent, and hard working mechanic I have ever met. Our car broke down on a road trip to Spokane late in the afternoon, and he was able to get us back on the road quickly, and for an honest and fair price. I will be recommending him to everyone I know in the Spokane area, and will stop by for any of my car needs whenever I am passing through. Thank you again Jordan for everything you did!
