I highly recommend Pete’s shop! A month before they fixed an issue with my 2009 Honda Accord where the car occasionally wouldn't let me drive over 30 mph. They provided excellent service at a very reasonable price and within a day. They truly know Honda vehicles inside and out. You will feel it when you visit them.

Our CRV broke down on the side of the road and after having it towed to the local Honda Dealership and getting $13,000 quote to replace the motor we got a second opinion at Pete’s. He was going to replace the motor at a much cheaper price but when he pulled the motor out he found that the motor itself was fine and rather there was a different issue that locked the motor up! We were able to replace the other parts for a couple thousand and not have to replace the motor! We are so thankful we had him take a look at the vehicle and his honesty when he found the motor was fine! We appreciate you at Pete’s and will be referring anyone and everyone to your business!! Thanks for being such an honest and knowledgeable business owner!!
View on GoogleAbsolutely great group of people with tons of knowledge. Price was less than I expected, the car was done in less than a day for a clutch and flywheel job. I was show exactly why the failure occured with the removed components. Car feels like new, and because these guys also install cutomer supplied parts, I enjoy a more responsive engine with lighter flywheel I brought in. Couldn't recommend enough, and I'll be back when my build ambitions get bolder, or when my parents need their cars serviced.
View on GoogleThank you for caring and actually helping. I’ve known Ken and the Pete’s family for almost 11 years now. Did a new front end and had an alignment done at a tire store last Saturday. I’ve almost $3000 into a new front end, tires and alignment. On my way to work yesterday which is a 50 mile commute One way I heard some very concerning sounds. Took it to this big tire store that used to pride Itself on customer service. Was treated very rudely and told my car had all these problems. I was very frustrated and concerned as I had already had replaced all these parts with my dad and son. I Called Pete’s and had it towed in. Within an hour they had looked at my car had it fixed and treated my family and I like family. Didn’t charge me a penny. It was two loose sway bar bolts and a loose axel nut. I can’t thank them enough for caring and helping. My family has a very rough few months and this has brought me some hope for the future. Please give Pete’s a chance and you’ll see why people love them.

In this day and age this is rare! Spokane is fortunate to have them. Don’t bother to go anywhere else.
