If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The guys at this shop have saved me so much stress and money. They worked on my grandpas 2006 ford focus wagon everything went perfect and they fixed it up for an amazing price about 2 years ago. They recently worked on my moms 2016 buick enclave when her power steering went out and it was so fast and such a good price especially compared to dealership prices. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable honest good quality work done right for a reasonable price. Grew up stressing anything ever going wrong with the cars because so many shops are thousands of dollars for any single service to your vehicle but I wish I'd know about this place years ago they're the best in town in my opinion. They did a timing belt in a highlander for my boyfriends mom super fast and proper and well priced as well. The best around really. Incredible people really sweet flexible and helpful.

I dropped my car off before they opened, had a phone call about what needed done (with Kyle), talked to him about the payment and a plan on when I'll be able to pick it up, everything got done perfectly & hassle free on my end. What I needed was a front end alignment after getting my lower control arms & ball joints replaced as well as swapping over to a different set of tires. I felt the pricing was fair for what I needed done and even came in slightly under budget from what I was expecting. I've been coming here for years (I think around 6) and I have never left unhappy. Thank you to the crew!

Even though a simple service I was impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Russ and his team. I've been back for tires and other service needs over the years, experiencing the same great service, honesty, and reasonable prices.
View on GoogleI called Northwest Tire & Auto to get a wheel alignment and differential service and said they may get my vehicle done that day. When I took my vehicle in, I explained my situation, and was given almost no advice what was best for my car, only basic facts. Maybe that was because I mentioned I had a friend do some work on my car, I don't know. But it was clear I wasn't getting much help. Since I didn't hear back the first day, I called the next day around 10am and they mentioned they just started looking at my car and plan to finish around lunch. Lunch rolled around and still nothing. I then called around 2pm and said they finished my car. While I get it's not easy to predict how long work can take, this was both off by a large margin, support was practically non-existent, and I had to chase them down to find out when my car was ready. It was their loss of another $1,000 in repairs which needed to be done, not to mention my future business. Wish I had checked the subpar reviews on Yelp.
