Very quick and easy! Needed the A/C recharged initially and they found the compressor had a major leak after a diagnostic exam. Gave me a price breakdown with my options and were very honest about their findings. They said it'd be ready in about 4-5 hours, had it ready much sooner. Richard was awesome through the whole process.

Justin stayed long after closing time to try and get me back on the road before the weekend. Nef was very helpful in getting me a good rate on a rental car. And Richard and Juan were very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this shop, quality work, fair prices and honest people.

They will see you as a person to help you with a need or a repair or inquiry. I came to Nef's Auto Repair with an issue in my 2017 GMC that needed professional and knowledgeable care. Nef's Auto Repair dug in and found the issue created by another Repair shop. Nef kept in contact with me through out the process. No surprises, just genuine sincerity in finding and fixing the issue. I highly recommend Nef's auto service to any one. I am a Satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone needing service and or repairs.
View on GoogleI had my car towed to Nef's. My alternator had died. Nef's found that I had had the alternator replaced recently in Pullman. They encouraged me to call the shop that had done the work to check on the warranty. Nef's followed up and got the authorization they needed to make the repair. This saved me a lot of time, anxiety and money! What could have been an $850+ repair ended up costing me less than $100. My car was back on the road and working just fine. I haven't found an auto shop in Pullman that I trust. I will strongly consider going to Spokane to have Nef's do any mechanical work in the future. It's such a relief to have a trusted mechanic!
