Staff and clinic have improved a lot! I had initially been assigned a different doctor and it took months to get an initial check up back in 2025. That check up went okay but I was left feeling “meh” about my experience. Nurses were good but everyone else felt checked out including doctor I saw. However, my check up this year in 2026 with a new doctor on a pre scheduled check up went extremely well. Reception and nurses were friendly, doctor was engaged and helpful. Almost no wait for follow up lab work (mind you, early appointment to avoid the rush). I’m feeling good about this being my primary and facility now!

We previously saw Dr. Eng when she was at Kaiser and loved her. So when our insurance switched we knew we wanted to see her again. Dr. E is still great but this doctors office is horrible as a whole. We had three refers screwed up by thr gal who does referal. This left me in an awkward situation where I almost had a colonoscopy without insurance authorization and found oit the day before. In another case the doctor refered my daughter to GI, it got processed as a colonoscopy. Which she didnt need. No one returns calls or messages. Cant het in to see your primary for months. Follow up appts are not made in advance. No real follow up after tests results come back. My husband had staph with no real communication. Sorry but im used to much better care.
