Haven't gotten the transmission in the truck yet, but if their quality of work is as good as their customer service, I have nothing to worry about. Travis and the crew are kind, understanding and have a ton of patience. A full rebuild, valve body porting, upgraded clutches and servos, bell housing, torque converter and input shaft swap, on a 4l60e took less than a week.(in my case). Can't wait to see how it feels in my V8 swap!
View on GoogleHad my transmission rebuilt on a 2000 ford explorer. Was super friendly and patient with me over the phone. I was asking about custom torque converters, was on the fence about it, etc. Travis had the patience to schedule me anyways and I am so happy. He even invited me to the back to show me what failed. Despite the messy lobby, a super genuine shop. He even noticed my stereo face could come off and removed it while he parked it outside. I’ve been to like five other shops where I have left that specific car overnight and none of them have done that for me. Will definitely come here again, god willing.
