Referred to Louie’s for specialty work by my mechanic—and when one mechanic refers you to another, you know it’s the right place. I received honest, respectful service (as a woman, this is especially important). The work was done quickly and at a competitive price. I will definitely return.

Took it to Louie’s and they noticed that the valve body was going bad in general (common with these stock CVT transmissions at around 130k miles) and suggested replacing it for a reasonable price. Got it done same day and have been driving it for a while with no issues. Highly recommend.

View on Googletook my car to Louise’s Transmission and it was the biggest mistake ever. They promised me a “full rebuild” and a “lifetime warranty.” Louise herself looked me in the eye and said, “We’ll take care of you, no surprises.” Well, that was a straight-up lie. First off, they charged me way less than any other shop, which should’ve been a red flag. A week later my car was driving worse than before — slipping gears, jerking every time I hit the gas. I called them nonstop, no answer. The “warranty line” goes straight to voicemail. When I went back to the shop, the sign on the building was already changed and Louise was gone like she never existed. Turns out they threw in some cheap knock-off parts instead of real transmission parts. My new mechanic showed me — it was garbage. Basically, they scammed me and a bunch of other people in the neighborhood the same exact way. Same fake receipts, same “warranty” that covered nothing. Bottom line: Louise’s Transmission is a scam. They take your money, do a half-baked job with trash parts, and then vanish before you even realize what happened

Wonderful gentlemen had my truck done in a timely manner they were even kind enough to show me the shop and what went wrong with my internals highly recommend Louie’s to anyone in the area.
