I am so glad I brought my Sequoia here. Incredibly professional group. Every single person was constantly hustling, so I knew no time was being wasted, this has to be the cleanest shop I've ever seen and the prices were very fair. If you have ever got the ick feeling from another shop or are concerned of a ship taking advantage of you, I can't urge you enough to take your vehicle here. You will be treated fairly and will never have shady service.

Took my car in to get the fan fixed. They said I needed a thermostat and radiator as well. Paid over $1800 to get all three fixed, but they “guarantee their work” so it was fine. The fan failed the first week which caused the car to overheat, and the thermostat to fail. They essentially said they will charge me another diagnostic fee and hourly once again, and there’s nothing they could do. So, they don’t guarantee their work and they lied. Edit: Response to owner! You are being dishonest once again in your response. You stated the following lies: "I told you that we would be happy to recheck the repairs performed at no cost to you." - If that was the case, why did I not come back? Because you never said that over the phone. You said that I could pay the $150 to bring it back in to have it looked at. Then you stated "We have had several appointments scheduled since we initially spoke that you have not shown up for." - No. We had one singular appointment after the initial one, The morning of our appointment, I spoke to someone regarding you saying you "guarantee your work" but still telling me if i bring it back in it will be $150. They then advised me to take it to another shop ,because paying you more just to look at the vehicle you already got paid to look at, is scamming. So i followed their advice and paid another shop to look at the vehicle, because why would i willingly pay you a 2nd time to look at something you already got paid for. Then you stated " I have reached out to you by phone and left messages urging you to bring the vehicle in so we can recheck it, but have not gotten a response." You called one singular time an hour after this review was posted while I was at a doctors appointment and did not leave a message. So I did not call back because you did not leave a message. You say your customers know you don't operate in this manner, but yet you are operating in this manner to me, a customer.... and then lying about it publicly because you thought I was just going to not say anything. I had to say something because the thing you got paid to fix , was not fixed. And you simply refused to do anything to rectify the situation. You literally said I will be charged $150 to look at the vehicle again. Be so for real. You are a liar. No one would willingly go pay another shop if you "offered" to check it for free. You never offered that, until you commented on this review. You lied. & that's okay, I see how you guys operate, and you pick and choose which customers you guarantee your work with. I get it, have the day you deserve.

Ken and his team absolutely delivered in solving the HVAC issue on our 1999 Dodge Ram. The dealer we bought it from, Dishman Dodge, laughed when we inquired about repairing it. Another reputable local shop said it was beyond their expertise. Our daughter referred us to Lloyds and we were impressed! Friendly, professional and outstanding service. Thank you!
