After scheduling a brake inspection because of squealing rear drum brakes, I dropped off the vehicle and just as I returned home I received a phone call that they will not remove the tires because they are older than 10 years old. News to me since I bought the vehicle 2 months prior. I was told that No work will be completed unless I buy 4 new tires. No explanation was given even though I attempted to understand the "10 yr old no work policy". So I returned to the store for them to simply hand me back the keys and told to have a nice day. After being a loyal customer for 20 years I am very disatisfied with the lack of customer service and care of safety. No mention of the "10 yr old no work policy" is communicated while scheduling an appointment, or on the website. My time was wasted as the employee refused to service my vehicle. I have taken my business to a local tire & auto repair shop, where they appreciate serving customers.

I had an appointment at 4pm to replace a flat tire and the store closes at 5. My tow arrived late and I didn't get there until almost 430. They quickly and kindly accommodated me when they didn't need to and I was able to get to work. It was really great of them
View on GoogleMade an appointment for my tires to be rotated and to remove a nail. My husband dropped off the vehicle at around 8am when they opened, and I didn’t get a text that the vehicle was ready for pickup until 7:45pm… almost 12 hours later?!? This is almost 2 hours after their scheduled close time, so of course, when you call to check in on the vehicle, you get an automated message that the store is closed. My husband is also asked them to call him instead of me because he’d be the one picking up the vehicle, but that didn’t happen despite them agreeing and taking his number. Communication is poor and am really frustrated by the fact that making an appointment online means nothing.

View on GoogleEarly in the season, I was told by this location that it is walk-in only when I attempted to make an appointment to have my winter tires put on fast forward to today. I walked in, assuming it was walk-in only as I was told, and the employee got extremely frustrated saying that my car would be done at 8 o’clock tonight. The tires are on wheels takes about 10 minutes if I could give no stars I would.
