Les Schwab Tire Center

I dropped my boat off this morning around 10:30 at the Sprague (U City)location and wanted them to inspect the bearings and replace the tires on the trailer. They never gave me an ETA when I could pick it up. Dropped back in around 3:30 in the afternoon to see how much longer. The lady at the desk told me there was one in front of me so I went back home. I got a call 20 minutes before they closed to tell me I needed 3 tires (including the spare) that would cost 475.00 . I asked him why the spare as it looks brand new. He said it is broke down from the sun. I told him I would take my chances as it was only a spare. I then asked him about the trailer bearings as that was my main concern because it had been in salt water. He told me they didn't have time to look at them. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me this morning they didn't have time. If I would have taken it anywhere else it would have been done. What a total waste of my time and heavy frustration. I GOT NOTHING FROM YOU TODAY! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF Les since probably 1985 when people gave a crap. I frequented the N.W. boulevard location as well as the Greenacres location. That's a lot of years an a LOT OF MONEY!!! After today I will never set foot in another Les Schwab again. This is not an idle threat by someone pissed off in the moment and they come back a month from now. NEVER! There are so many other tire places close I will use them. Anything is better than the lack of attention I received today. You should rethink your communication between your front desk and the shop. My time is valuable. I work over 60 hours a week and have very little time to get the things I need done. Always been able to count on you and today that was a huge mistake.

The staff here have always been great to work with. Prompt service and good explanations of work recommended and performed. Clean store and fresh popcorn!

This BUSINESS ROCKS! My car was dead in the water, I called the UCity store and they got me same day Mobil service! Anthony was very pleasant and professional and I absolutely appreciate them for taking care of me and my car! My go to car services from this day forward. The University Les Schwab is my go-to for tires, brakes, shocks, alignments, etc. They're so great! From the minute I walk in the door, to the moment I drive away, I know they treat me fairly, and its done right! I am a lifetime customer of this location.

Went 6 years never needing an alignment on my vehicle. They suggested it was needed. Got the paper after and it showed ONE wheel -0.1 off... felt ripped off, whatever. Alignment goes bad almost instantly. Called for any warranty on it, they said only within 30 days. It was maybe 45... oh well, sucks for me, missed the mark and should've called sooner. Then fast forward to another alignment... ALL tires VERY off by this point and suddenly needing cam bolts. Tell me you stripped them the first time (or something of that nature) without telling me as evidenced by the immediate issue after the first alignment.... No way a car goes that long without then alignments off right after the first (Spokane Valley location; also the ones I blame for this) and now the precision bolts are screwed up after a second alignment (LL location) by these guys...
