These folks are fantastic! They came to a business where I had a flat tire and met me nearly immediately. They changed my tire in minutes. All staff I talked to were very professional and kind. Kudos to Carol, the manager, for being prompt and helpful.
View on GoogleCarol was so amazing! I came in on a spare with a flat 30 minutes before close, and she took my keys and assured me it would be done before they close! I didn’t even think of that as a possibility (guess I’m used to dealership speeds). And it was free for the puncture to be repaired, they put my spare back where it belonged and sent me on my way! Such an amazing experience, I’m still thinking about how amazing Carol and her team are. Very clean building with good snacks too!
View on GoogleBought a set of winter tires here less than 60 days ago and later learned that winter tires cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, unless you buy another full set. This was not clearly explained at the time of purchase, which made the experience frustrating. Staff were polite but not particularly helpful or friendly, making it difficult to navigate the situation. Customers should be clearly warned before paying, not after.

Price was reasonable too and love their warranty. I would pay the service fee to avoid changing a flat Every. Single. Time. THANK YOU!!
