My tire pressure was quite low when I was at Valvoline. I was told I had a nail in the front driver side tire, so I went to Les Schwab on Francis. I was a walk-in so had to wait my turn. After waiting two hours in a cold waiting area it was fixed. I hadn't had lunch and I refused to pay $2.25 for a a Snickers Bar - so I had the popcorn that is always available at Schwab's. I may have frozen my behind on the cold plastic chair but the free popcorn and no charge for the repair - it was a Schwab tire - and being unscheduled I can't complain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I always get my tires ftom Schwab.

Don’t come here to get a tire fixed! They’ll hit you with the signature “needs 4 new tires and an alignment” on a 2 year old car. Definitely of the ilk to take advantage of a woman. Shouldn’t have asked my wife to take it in for me! Now she’s got to drive it home with the screw still in it. I’ve bought many tires from Les in the past, had them rebuild the front end of my truck. But they won’t get another dime from me. Follow up note: Tire Store on Sprague said it was a simple straight forward repair, tires had good tread remaining and even wear. All things Les Schwab told my wife to try and convince her she needed to spend 2k.

Went to the store on Francis three weeks ago with a nail in my tire. Guy tells me that it needs replaced and showed me where it was worn. Also said that I needed an alignment. Needed to get on the road that morning for a long trip so I got two new tires, the other two had been replaced a few months ago. Went in this morning and to my surprise, I don't need an alignment. So I'm assuming that the 800 dollars in tires they sold me last month weren't really necessary either. Feeling taken advantage of.

I think Les Schwab the man is rolling in his grave after seeing what has happened to his tire store. The whole reason Les Schwab was so popular was because of the service. People ran to your car and got you in and out. Not anymore. Arrive with a quickly flattening tire (Les Schwab tires in fact) and instead of being helpful they just say it will be a couple hours (there were seven cars in the parking lot) or they can make you an appointment. For a flat tire? I have exclusively purchased my tires only from Les Schwab since about 1990. There is NO reason to shop here anymore. Costco is cheaper and the service is the same.

The gentlemen that work at Les Schwab were extremely helpful when the air in my tires deflated due to the cold weather. I went back 3 times in a week to have them inflate 3 separate tires. They did that for free! It is nice to know that they are close by for my tire needs. Thank you Les Schwab!
