Went to Hopkins to get my side mirror fixed after a collision. They popped it back into place, ordered the missing piece to my mirror, and did it all at a very honest price. What really impressed me is they cleaned off some of the scuff marks on the side of my car that I had as a result of the collision, without me even asking them to do so. Simply courtesy and pride in their work. Will definitely be going back for my future Subaru maintenance and repairs.

Bought three, about to buy my fourth Subaru from Hopkins. Excellent service. Stand by their product 1000%. You can roll the dice and buy from some private party, or you can have piece of mind. You can go to some dealer that sells all sorts of cars and buy a Subaru, but that’s like going to your family Doctor to take care of your heart.

We had our daughters '09 Outback into Hopkins for the major engine head gasket/timing belt/water pump job recently. They gave us several updates on how it was going and the work was done quickly with not much downtime. They are efficient and affordable since they do so many. We love Hopkins. Fast and affordable repairs. Cautious with their recommendations for repairs and part replacement, keeping the cost of ownership way down. They did a ball joint for us. Ball joint seized the knuckle, and they sourced a used knuckle, only other option is oem, so they saved us about 700 dollars. They didn’t brag about or even tell me. I used to DIY everything, so I’d done the math on already. That’s the thing, every repair they do is like that. They make good calls that save you a lot of money. They’re not scared of a little rust either. That’s just normal everyday work for them. The great head gasket job they did has held great too. Never pushy, tell give my wife the same prices and pitches they give me, which is rare. Honestly if you’re considering buying an old Subaru, this place makes that choice way easier, cause there is a great shop for it.
