Did not ask what oil I wanted. I called beforehand to get a quote because I have been going somewhere else for an oil change. When I got there the guy asked what I was needing and if I had been there before. I said I needed an oil change and for them to do the check engine light diagnostic and yes I had been there before but its been awhile. He said he would pull the car in and check on the computer if Im in the system and let me know. Nothing else was said to me until they came in the lobby for me to pay, which was $35 more than what I was quoted. I wasnt asked what kind of oil, told how much it would be or what was even recommended. Then when I let them know I called before and told them exactly what I needed and how much I was quoted they acted like I was in the wrong because I didn’t tell them I called before. Are they charging different people different things? Why does it matter if I called? The whole point is they need to ask what the customer wants and give them a price on it so they can approve it. This whole situation was not ok. The manager did give me $10 off but that still doesnt make it right. Never going there again.

This place goes above and beyond. I've been to dozens, getting fleet vehicles serviced monthly; not only was this the cheapest oil change I've found, but they also managed to get it done in record time during peak business hours. I was only expecting my oil done, but they also vacuumed it out thoroughly and pumped a lovely new car scent into my climate control system. The lobby was nice, and staff were great to work with. No pushiness, and they gave me more information about when to expect a transmission service. They are the gold standard of service in Spokane.
View on GoogleI went to have my oil changed to full synthetic! My truck runs way better and i had my fuel system cleaned... i am amazed at how much better my truck runs and my fuel economy went up by almost 7 miles per gallon. Great work by the Airway Heights location!
View on GoogleDon't get your oil changed here. Complete rip-off. Oil filter somehow fell off while driving and oil spilled out. Failed to come up with a resolution. Not worth the money. Bunch of amateurs working on site. They tell you to email them about this problem and then no response. Don't waste ur time and money with these guys. Better places to go in town
View on GoogleThis is the first time I have used this facility. I was greeted immediately. If there is any draw back to my visit is they ask you what type of oil my car uses. That is good thing as they want to get it right. Bad thing some of us are not sure what to use as there are so many different choices. They quoted me a price and sent me into to wait. They were prompt, gave me an assessment of potential tire problems and explained their 90 day warranty on the oil change. They washed all the outside wi down and vacuumed the interior. They offer a 15 per cent military discount. I was very satisfied with my experience here today. UPDATE. 3 16 2023. HAD OIL CHANGED AND STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. after i checked out i noticed that my military discount was bot applied. I went back and showed receipt and they immediately made the adjustment.
