DO NOT COME HERE! Very Poor Experience. Had an 11am scheduled appointment for an oil change. When we dropped it off there was no indication of a delay or any communication from the staff. We waited around for 4hrs for a "scheduled oil" change. The reason we were given for the delay, after inquiring at hour 3, was they were slammed from the tire sales. I understand places get busy but scheduling is set up for a specific outcome, to have a time and place to drop something off to be serviced. There were walk ins that were in and out before we were. This shows that they were more interested in making money on tires than servicing existing and repeat customers. I would suggest a dealership or a more customer centric location. Very poor customer service, experience, and will not be back. If you dont mind spending your entire Sunday waiting on a simple oil change then this is the place to go.

Chuck Jones service writer was so kind, thoughtful, professional, patient and genuinely concerned about a multiple issue flat tire repair. He fit me in same day and the service technician did a wonderful thorough job to get me on my way safely on the road! View on GoogleI moved across the country recently and don’t have any family or help. Firestone at 115 W 3rd Ave. in Spokane is exceptional and phenomenal. When my tire popped, a worker helped me on his own time (unpaid) because I didn’t know where else to get help. This company stepped up and showed out for me when I needed help. They are fast, efficient, honest, and good prices compared to other places. I would recommend this place above any other place in the city.

Even as busy as they were, they were really fun to talk with - terrific sense of humor too. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and my new tires look terrific.
