My car broke down on the highway and Donnie was to us within 30 minutes. He was very kind and very speedy. He made sure we had a ride situated and were safely off the highway before he left. Probably the best towing experience I have ever had.

I had cheap Chinese made coils on my car and he figured out at least 1 was bad out of the box and found 1 of my old coils that was still good and replaced it for free after the original work was done. I didn't have to wait, he got it done immediately. Also they didn't try to overcharge me for the original work. Thank you
View on GoogleIf you're looking for a great repair shop that will treat you like a real human being, this is your place! Tyler and his crew of mechanics are outstanding! They have been able to do any job that I've brought them: brakes, clutch, recalls, minor mx in preparation for winter weather. They were also able to do work at a fraction of the cost of the only BMW dealership and have completed numerous tasks that other 'shops' like grease monkey could not.

Patient staff who will listen to " it sounds like 'clunk clunk squeal', you can fix that, right?" and will give an honest evaluation of the car, what needs fixing, what can wait. Different cost options. They bend over backwards to help and I always feel the prices are super fair. We have had a few interactions with other car repair places and will never go somewhere else if I have a choice. Trust is everything. Quality work. Quality staff. Whoever does the hiring and training here is doing a great job.
