Was visiting my sister in Spokane Washington. Drove up from Portland Oregon. Took a turn at a stoplight. Dented my wheel and cracked it and blew out a front tire on the famous Spokane potholes. Had my car towed to discount tire after closing. The guys here the next morning worked very hard to try and get me all new wheels and all new tires. Because it's a special size and all-wheel drive and you can't just pull my tire off the shelf. And you can't mix and match. And they did it while they were super super busy. and there super super busy because they do amazing work! and have amazing customer service! unlike Les schwabs that's right across the street with a empty parking lot! These guys are just awesome! It took 4 days to order the wheels and tires. I had to stay in a hotel. These guys went above and beyond! Put my RS indoors every night before they would close. Making sure it was safe from vandalism. One of the reasons I only deal with discount tire whether it be in Portland Oregon where I live. or here in Spokane Washington is because you always get top-notch service! Thank you to Michael. Cam. View on GoogleI had such a wonderful experience at Discount Tire on Division in Spokane. I noticed one of my tires was going flat and brought my two toddlers with me to have it checked out. They found a nail in the tire and initially let me know there was around a five-hour wait, so I expected to be there for quite a while. The staff was incredibly kind and considerate. Knowing I was there with two little ones, they went above and beyond and somehow got us in and out in about 45 minutes to an hour. They repaired my tire and even noticed my windshield wiper blades needed attention and replaced them as well. The customer service was amazing — understanding, caring, and efficient. I usually have great experiences at Discount Tire, but this one really stood out and reminded me why I keep coming back. Thank you for taking care of me and my boys!

The manager was very respectful, took care of the situation, and went above and beyond to make things right. Because of the way the manager handled everything, they’ve earned my business moving forward for our mower, trailer, and truck tires. I 100% recommend them.
