Dan's Pit Stop

We let him replace an engine in our car a few years back and we had to trade the car in because there was more problems with the engine after he was done replacing the engine. Oil leaks, missing bolts nuts wire is not connected. It was a nightmare tried to get him to fix stuff and he always had an excuse why he couldn’t or what was causing the problem. He’s the kind of person that will not step up and accept responsibility for his actions. I would avoid this place like the plague. He owns this building and he will not make his renters clean it up. He has no regards for the community. He’s all about the money.

Excellent customer service by Dan, Ruby and Brandon! Always willing to work with my schedule. Careful and thorough with very fair pricing. Make you feel like part of their family. Dan also owns matchbox auto sales and I’ve purchased from him with excellent results. Thank you Dan, Ruby and Brandon!

Super satisfied Dan helped out with one of my 21 2500 silverado was a simple fix charge was more than fair. I just dropped one of my other trucks to him. His communication ment the most to me .

Shouldnt even get 1 star but i have to select atleast 1. Was a super good shop when Mr dan started but over the years something happened and now it's just wow.... I drive (did) a Audi a4 2.0 fsi b7. Was warming car up when I got off work and the rear chain popped. Called Dans pit stop the next day and Tom had answered the phone i explained what happened and he was like "oh mine did the same but I was driving" and he said they were able to fix it no problems I was like cool well had mine towed there Oct 28th a week goes by I called well Tom proceeds to tell me I'm having trouble finding a rear cover so I said ok ill order the cover and you get the timing kit he was like cool (quoted 750/800) i ordered the rear cover had it there in 3 days, I called when I got the notice it was delivered Tom again answered and said "yes they got it but honestly I forgot to order your chain kit" pretty annoyed I was like ok well you please get it asap, almost 2 months of them putting me to side and lying to me they called and said hey your car is ready to go runs great we test drove it no problems!! I was excited didn't have it for almost 2 months well I get there the bill proceed to be 1304.59 and that was after I complained anyways wanting my vehicle I paid got my keys went started my car sounded funny didn't idle right then all of a sudden bam check engine light I scan it and what do you know p0340 camshaft position sensor so I go back and tell Tom he was like oh no that's not good let me get Brandon.. well he comes out plugs his scanner in and didn't even let it finish loading cleared it and was like ya it jumped a tooth...... Keep in mind they just called me 3 hours earlier said my car was good my receipt even shows my vehicle was brought in with 160569k and when I picked it up it had the exact mileage so that tells me the "mechanic" didn't test drive my car like I was told. It's common sense and a mechanic should know when the rear chain breaks the vehical needs retimed after its replaced and the mechanic there didn't even do that just lied and wanted my vehicle outta there. I would never take my vehicle here again I do not recommend this shop to anyone else
