Oh man, Dino and his crew are incredible! Took my 2015 Subaru Outback to 2 other shops and a dealership with transmission issues. Turns out Subaru sent out a service bulletin on my issue, and Carlson's was the only one that caught it. Saved me thousands and thousands of dollars! They got it fixed very quickly and took my same car I was about to sell on a 800 mile trip with absolutely no issues. It was like a brand new car! Thank you so much guys I will definitely be back!

I've been a Carlson's fan for a number of years, through multiple vehicles and they never fail to do a great job at a reasonable cost. My latest story - I bought an '03 Tundra from my father 5yrs ago (he was the original owner), and at that time there was a 'check engine' light that he'd explained was from some sort of vacuum leak, that he'd had checked at numerous Toyota dealers who all told him, 'just ignore the light, it is too hard to fix, and there's nothing wrong, etc.... Anyway, I asked the guys at Carlson's to look into it, see if they could find a problem, and let me know. They spent the time necessary to really hunt it down, and called the next day saying they ordered parts and I could pick it up the following day. Not easy to get to, but was a quick-disconnect vacuum hose that had a bad o-ring (and they showed me the part). Anyway, it has been over 2-wks without the check engine light and I have them to thank. Dino, Phillip and the team there really take the time to do the best possible work for their customers, use factory parts and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them and will continue to trust their recommendations. B
