I paid over 300$ to get my knock sensors replaced. I told them I want to be able to use my remote start and my car won’t let me to do that with my check engine light on for my knock sensors. I told them I want to be able to use my remote start so I need to get that code to go away. Well the code didn’t go away and my remote start doesn’t work because the check engine light came on. I called to ask why this was happening when that was the whole reason I came in in the first place…Jay got on the phone and told me it wasn’t his problem I just asked for the knock sensors to be replaced and if I wanted him to figure out why the code won’t come off it will cost me 150$ am hour to diagnose it…what?…so how do I know you even fixed it?…”I did”…what? So rude, they wasted my time I would have paid to figure out that code but instead of listening to my request they just replaced sensors and didn’t even listen to why I needed them replaced. I am so disappointed, and blown away. I will never tell anyone to go here. The minimal was done and they didn’t even listen to what I wanted and I got screwed out of it and they are trying to get 150$ an hour out of me just to see what’s up…crazy. I would have gladly paid any price to have them listen to what I actually needed. Jay was my mechanic and I have never been talked to like he talked to me on the phone. It’s crazy because I paid to be treated like that!

Locally owned business with awesome owners who are friendly and helpful - good prices and service. I got my tires here and have come back several times to get my car checked out and they are always thorough and clear about services needed and offered. My 2005 Chevy Silverado Duramax was neglected by me and previous owner, went to bucks for a second opinion and walked out with a solid truck and less than $2k, truck steering is amazing now and doesn’t squeal with braking.
