Bob’s Mechanic truly went above and beyond when I was dealing with issues on my 2020 Cadillac, and I can’t say enough good things—especially about Mike. He was incredibly kind, patient, and honest from the very beginning, taking the time to walk me through everything in a way that actually made sense. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just fixing cars. I’m so grateful for how upfront and transparent he was throughout the whole process—no pressure, no unnecessary add-ons, just real, trustworthy service. It made a stressful situation feel so much more manageable. Mike and the team have definitely earned my trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic they can truly rely on.

Reliable, Honest, and True Car People These guys are real car people — they know their stuff, and it shows. I bring in an older Jeep, and they’ve always been great at explaining what’s going on and what needs attention without any pressure. They’re honest, straightforward, and I never have to worry about the vehicle once it’s in their hands. You always know what it’s going to cost, and the work is solid. Couldn’t ask for a better shop.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! My 2018 audi s3 went in for a new turbo. Its been a week and a half, and i have been told by Grant 3 times that the car would be ready the next day, and I'm yet to have my car back. All I'm getting is excuses. I asked for the owner, and was told I couldn't have his info. I have a warranty, and have to pay for a rental each day, costing me over $500 now, so i called seeing if they could help with rental since it's taking way longer than I was told, and was told they couldn't help with anything. These people are heartless. I will NEVER BRING MY CAR THERE AGAIN!

Bobs service center was very helpful and accommodating. I went there without an appointment on the road traveling West and my rooters and brakes were acting up . They were very helpful in squeezing my car in and the price was fair. I lived that they didn't try and have me do a bunch of other stuff just did what was needed and gave a few recommendations for later and sent me on my way within hours. Thank you very much Mike!!! You deserve a raise !!
