He immediately dropped what he was doing, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, rushed shipped it, and had it installed within an hour. The best part? The total cost was only $91! It was clear I didn’t know much about cars, and that could have easily been taken advantage of. But now my car is running better than it did before the breakdown.
