Spokane Quick Lube: Won’t be back. 3 strikes and I’m done with you. 1st: engine guard not properly tightened when placed back on. I had to pay for new bolts to replace the ones lost. 2nd: you replaced fuel filter. I get home a few miles away to find gas spewing out all over under the vehicle. 3rd: oil filter not on tight and I had to take the vehicle in to find the leak, giving my vehicle up for the day and arranging transportation. Then to pay for diagnosis and repair of your mistake.

CAUTION: once an excellent service shop, now acquired by American Quick Lube so prices are higher, upselling is the priority and employees are unprofessional. Really sucks cuz this used to be my go to oil changer, but they charge the same as my full service shop while degrading and bad mouthing everyone else's work, claiming that fluids and filters that were replaced less than 5000 miles ago need to be replaced by them and refusing to provide an invoice until I was paid and exiting to hide the additional (and unnecessary) services they charged me. My full service shop with do my oil changes from now on.
