Can't recommend highly enough for emergency RV electrical repair! Ken was recommended to us at a campground when we asked at registration-- they said he was the best, and be sure to get on his calendar asap. We had rolled in, having blown out the electrical on one side of our Class A. Ken was out 3 days later and had us all fixed up in an hour, for less than we would have expected in Bellevue/Seattle. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. 5-star experience!

I can sum up my experiance with this business with two words, "Not Reliable". Thursday May 14 2026 was my first contact with Ken, he first showed up on Tuesday may 19th, he didn't do much of anything that day, except diagnose the issue, charged me over $120.00, (Can't remember exact amout, but I believe it was even more that that.) Long story short, after that I never saw him again, he was supposed to get a part and come back another day. When he didn't show, I had to text him twice, before he responded and said he couldn't make it and would have to reschedule, never showed and didn't hear from him. This just went on, until May 27th when I contacted him again, said he would be out Saturday (May 30). He NEVER showed, NEVER called, NEVER texted me. So like I said at the beginning, if your looking for someone reliable, don't bother contacting this company. I read a bunch of his reviews and almost all the one and two stars said they experianced the same issue with him. After all of this, I think he should refund me what I already paid him.

Worst experience ever! Called on a Monday to have home come out and look at my trailer for a warranty repair, he said he would be out the end of the week. Texted 2 times Friday, morning and evening, with no response. Talked about his integrity and he finally did respond. Came out Saturday to assess the damage, talked more to my BF than me, the owner! Checked in 2 weeks later because I hadn’t heard anything on a Friday morning, again NO response. Called my warranty company Monday no claim initiated, texted again asking why and for a response. He then finally stated he didn’t want my service because he’s “not in the mood for anything right now”. Sent me to another company and no response there either, birds of a feather flock together I guess. Definitely take your business elsewhere. 3weeks of wasted time.

Ken got me out of a pickle quickly, and efficiently. I had some plumbing issues that were out of my realm. He was professional, very reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared. Very fair pricing. I will gladly use him again.

I called Ken, and he came out to try to fix a non-charging issue coach batteries weren’t charging with the engine running, which is still not working by the way. He charged me $400 And moved a couple cables and told me if I would replace the solenoid that it would work and left. I replaced the solenoid. I also replaced the dash control that he said to replace, still not working.. When I called him, he said he would refund, so I told him we’ll just refund half, and he never did. So now I have to try to find somebody else to fix this issue.
