First of all Zack is a good, friendly and genuinely helpful person. I drove two hrs to have him look at a small problem w my car. He's worth the trip and super knowledgeable. 6 stars if I could! Do trust your cars to Zack, you won't be disappointed and your ride will thank you for the massage!

This is the worst mechanic I ever went to. I brought my car to replace my transmission I paid him in advance 1000$ he never done the job after couple days he try to charge me more than what we agreed ON when I denied to paid he chose to towed car and refused to paid my money back We have a legal issue coming soon. This type of business is scam... as for today i lost 1000$ plus 120$ fluid and towing feed and my car was never fixed basically this is reason why i sue him for all financial damages he caused.... PLEASE DO NOT COME THIS SHOP..NEVER EVER COME TO THIS SHOP.... THIS IS MY CAR AFTER THIS WORST MECHANIC WORKS ON I DEFINITELY GOING TO SUE. PLEASE YOU NEED TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM HEADACHE DONT COME TO THIS SHOP...

I wish i could write a positive review about Zacks and i would have because the customer service is great for sure. But when it came time to pay the bill OMG i felt like someone smacked my mamma with a rolling pin.. i mean YYYIIIKKES!!! And im totally ok with a business needs to make $$ and dont mind paying. What im not ok with is when im played for a complete idiot and dont know any better and get charged WAY more than i should. They charged me 800 dollars to do just my back brakes that couldnt have taken more then 1 hour on a hundai alantra! And i know the parts didnt cost more then 60 to 70 because iv bought brakes for the same car before. And they advertize that they beat any price in town. Yeah right! Dont go there you will be really abused and feeling like you were just taken for a fool. My car isnt even worth putting 800 dollars in to. Very disappointed in this place.

This guy is a total legend. Zack and his crew helped me out in a pinch. Gave me a free estimate and got to work IMMEDIATELY on my car, a 3 hour long grueling job he didn’t expect to put his team on. Decent deal including labor. It’s like this guy just runs off making sacrifices for others. Friendly, making deals, hard transparent work. He showed me the part he was replacing & the new part going in which felt so reassuring. I truly reccomend this place! Thank you Zack. Saved me so much trouble. I will be back for any future needs.

I had have my 2019 kia Rio towed in two weeks ago when I broke down with an unknown engine issue. The guys who came out to look at my car seemed helpful but they did a very quick 5 minute odd assessment of my car, i.e. smelling the exhaust and told me my fuel pump was bad. I took them at their word and they had me put $500 dollars down claiming it would cost up to $900 in the end. Within an hour or so I received a video from them of smoke coming from my tail pipe and when I called them back they told me my engine was "bad" and that I would need a new one. They offered me used engines ranging from $2,700 to $3,500. They had not indicated any codes or other diagnostics, which seems like it should be standard for modern cars. I had found my warranty at this point and told them that I would take my car to the Kia dealership across the street. When I picked my car up the next day I asked for paper work and how much the diagnostic would cost. "Zack" said it would be $ 200 dollars and then proceeded to hand me $300 in cash since I had put down $500 on my card. I again asked for paper work and he said his "accountant" was out and that he would email me the paper work and receipt. He never email me anything. The kia dealership fixed my engine, which "Zack" claimed was unfixable and now the car works fine. Zacks clearly has some shady business practices and outdated repair procedures. I would never go to Zacks again and I don't recommend anyone else does.
