⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had my oil changed here, and I was very impressed with the service. They performed a thorough inspection of my vehicle, explained everything clearly, and offered very reasonable prices. What really stood out was what happened the next day. I feel very fortunate to have found a trustworthy mechanic like Vu. Most of us car owners are not experts in repairs and rely on mechanics for honest advice about what’s best for our vehicles. I own a Mercedes GLE and had previously taken it to a well-known auto shop with high Google ratings that claimed to specialize in European cars. The shop owner tried to appear transparent by providing detailed notes filled with technical jargon and mechanic terms, almost as if to overwhelm or scare customers into accepting their recommendations. But reading between the lines, their communication did not inspire confidence. On top of that, they charged extremely high labor costs for tasks that clearly required only a short amount of time. In the end, they kept my car for a full month and handed me a very expensive invoice with many questionable charges. Later, after Vu repaired the braking system on another one of my cars, I immediately felt I could trust him. So I asked Vu to take care of my GLE. Within just three days, he accurately diagnosed the problems, fixed them, and returned my car at a very reasonable price. But what impressed me most was not just the cost - it was the way Vu focuses on the customer’s best interests. He truly does what is right for the car and for the customer, rather than trying to maximize his own profit. Vu’s honesty, efficiency, and professionalism truly set him apart. I highly recommend Vu Auto Shop to anyone looking for reliable, fair, and customer-focused car repair service.
