Needed to have a rear passenger door power window replaced due to a rock from a weedeater shattering it. John answered the phone quickly, confirmed the make and model of my vehicle and quoted me a price in just a couple minutes. He was then able to get me scheduled less than 24 hrs later. John texted me the following day, as an earlier appointment opportunity came up, just to see if it worked better with my schedule. Even though I discovered that my car window had been broken in the very early hours of the morning, John immediately scheduled an appointment for me when I called him. When I arrived at the repair shop, I also met Thai; they are such lovely, warm-hearted people who also perform their work with great diligence and are extremely punctual—they completed the job within the exact timeframe they had promised me. They even cleaned up the glass shards inside my vehicle. I definitely recommend them.

John Taing is an absolute craftsman. He stressed the care I should take with my replacement windshield because I was taking a long drive afterwards. He cares that much about his work that he wants it preserved in the best possible condition once you drive off. Truly an “old school” professional that takes pride in his work. His price was also lower than everyone else (I will save $40 dollars if I can). He quoted a price and did the work for that price without any “surprises”. In fact, he was done 15 minutes early because he is too busy to waste time trying to get another $80 from you (with some unexpected extra cost). He tells you what it will cost and just gets it done because he has other cars lined up! He is also a blue star father…..not that he goes out of his way to brag or advertise that (although it means a great deal to me!). The job was done right, at the best possible price, and without any “surprises”. Truly impressive to know people like John Taing still exist. I am very grateful and the windshield is better than it was before it got cracked (the car is noticeably quieter).
