Women stay away!! Subject: Refund Request – $275 Rob, I came into your office, felt completely attacked by three men. Just how every woman wants to feel when they're dealing with car issues. I cannot believe you made a statement that you could not trust me because I certainly cannot trust you, you basically lied to me about fixing the air conditioning tore my car apart and then asked me for more money and then told me you couldn't trust me because I wouldn't pay it to you. This is absolutely unbelievable!!!? I did everything I said I was going to do. I scheduled the appointment. I arrived on time. I got an evaluation. I clearly explained that I wanted the AC fixed, the car was overheating, and the steering wheel was grinding when it turned. I then paid for the diagnosis. I did everything I said I was going to do. That diagnostic did not accurately address the air conditioning issue I came in for, nor did it evaluate the overheating, EPC light, or steering wheel grinding that I reported. I also called and spoke to that same young man at the front he went clearly through the list with me again when I made the appointment, I mentioned again the car was overheating and I asked him if he knew what the EPC light was on and I was told those systems were not checked and the EPC light would have to be on when I was in there, and I said okay well how do I schedule it to be an 80° day for my car to be in there. I also had a conversation with Chris as I was leaving I believe he recognized me from all the times I was in there before, I told him then as well the same that I told the guy in the front the car is old it's at it's life and for me I need to evaluate how much I'm going to spend to fix it versus sell it cuz I have two of them. So for me to buy and sell so many cars through your dealership in the past for you not to understand that I need to sell a car to get a different car is unbelievable again the way you attacked me and treated me when I walked in there is absolutely appalling and I would suggest no woman ever go to your dealership ever!!! I also spent approximately $150 on Uber rides due to this situation, not to mention my own personal time that was significantly impacted. I am requesting a refund of the $275 diagnostic fee. I expect confirmation that this is being processed immediately. Sincerely, Erica

The team was amazing. My car went in for a timing belt replacement along with water pump and tensioners. What I loved most was the communication. In the beginning they said they may need the car longer than a day but not much longer. While car was apart they noticed a leak at the radiator seal and offered to replace it for the charge of just the new radiator and no labor charges. I have a feeling some places would have charged me that labor money as well. They called me early in the afternoon saying the car would be ready early the next morning and it was. Like 8:00am it was ready. They also gave me a 3 year warranty on the work that was done. As for the price of the work being done I couldn't have been happier. I researched the Seattle area on prices and Scanwest was right there maybe a tad higher than the average but as soon as I was on the phone with them I was sold. The vibe was confidence that I was going to get great service and a high quality job. In the office when picking up my car you could feel the family vibe of the shop. Those in the office were smiling and generally seemed to really enjoy their job. I've driven by their shop for the past 20 years and this was the first time using them. I am definitely using them again!

Believe the hype, this place is truly amazing. I drove my 2013 Audi S4 from another state to have it worked on here because of Scanwest’s reputation and because no other shop had the know how to rebuild my transmission. On top of that, when I experienced a small issue after driving the car home, Rob made it right without me having to ask twice. I thought people and places like that didn’t exist anymore, but they proved me wrong. Thank you Rob, Craig, and Joelle(sp?). You are amazing people!

They have been taking care of my Saab for 7 years They are some of the nicest and wonderful humans around !! And they take amazing care off me and my car 🚗- I can’t thank them enough !

From the first phone call up to when I drove away from the shop. It was a great experience. Very helpful, friendly detailed and well explained Diagnostic results and recommended services.
