Rick’s is a very trustworthy business that treats their customers well. It is old school family owned and they know their stuff. They are realistic and don’t try to rip you off. They understand their stuff and know their stuff. Mark has been a huge help to us and we appreciate their garage very much. Won’t be going anywhere else.

After trying the firestone up the road, it was clear to us that we needed to go anywhere else. The customer service at Rick's was top-notch. Our car ended up being done in 2.5 hours which was way ahead of schedule. When picking up, I was told I got super lucky and 5 other customers had canceled! I had new tires by Tuesday mid morning—I called them right at closing, and they were able to coordinate getting me new tires, talking through options, get them ordered, get me an appointment, and send me on my way a full day before I was able to get an appointment any other places. They seem to really care about cars and your experience. Definitely going back for future car needs
