Rick’s is a very trustworthy business that treats their customers well. It is old school family owned and they know their stuff. They are realistic and don’t try to rip you off. They understand their stuff and know their stuff. Mark has been a huge help to us and we appreciate their garage very much. Won’t be going anywhere else.
View on GoogleMy brother and I needed a last minute alignment to get on the road for a 1500 mile road-trip. After trying the firestone up the road, it was clear to us that we needed to go anywhere else. The customer service at Rick's was top-notch. Our car ended up being done in 2.5 hours which was way ahead of schedule. When picking up, I was told I got super lucky and 5 other customers had canceled! If you need good service, quick; Try Rick's!
View on GoogleBest experience I have ever had buying tires. Mark saved me several hundreds of dollars and the service was fast, accurate and excellent. It was everything and more I have come to expect from Rick's service. I felt like I found a pot of gold. Thank you Mark and the boys. I know why I have been coming here for years. I'm so grateful to be able to deal with pros of this caliber Angelo go 41.
View on GoogleRick's Tire & Service takes care of car better than I do. My EV car is battery or gas powered...and they know the technical needs of my car to keep is running safely. I take my Hyundai vehicle to Rick's instead of the dealership 👍
View on GoogleThese guys were awesome. I took a nail to my tire Monday night. I had new tires by Tuesday mid morning—I called them right at closing, and they were able to coordinate getting me new tires, talking through options, get them ordered, get me an appointment, and send me on my way a full day before I was able to get an appointment any other places. They seem to really care about cars and your experience. Definitely going back for future car needs
