I had a really great experience at Powerhouse Auto Services! I brought my car in thinking it just needed brake pads but Mike quickly found the actual issue-- turns out a previous mechanic had used wire (!) to hold some parts together, which explained why my rotors were in such rough shape. Crazy.. and honestly a reminder of how hard it can be to find a mechanic you can actually trust. What should’ve been a straightforward repair turned into a much bigger job but Mike handled it super fast and kept me updated the whole time. You can tell he totally takes pride in the quality of his work. Especially considering how much work it turned into, I felt the pricing was really fair. I highly recommend Mike and his team for all your auto needs.

Mike did an excellent job with the maintenance on my car. He was very quick and extremely knowledgeable. My car needed multiple services, and he took the time to clearly explain exactly what was going to be done. I really appreciated that he didn’t just tell me—he actually showed me the parts of the car that needed attention and explained why they were a concern. It felt like he was teaching me about my own vehicle, which I found very helpful and reassuring. His professionalism and transparency made the whole experience great.
