They helped me with my tire issue quickly and made sure everything was safe before I left. I definitely recommend this place if you need tire service or general auto care.

I have been to Point S (Interbay) maybe 4 or 5 times now because it is close to my house, if not for convenience I would have gone elsewhere, next time I think I will. I have had them do oil changes and they do fine, however, I have had a few things rub me the wrong way. Last time I had my oil changed there they also did an inspection and concluded that all of my ball joints needed to be replaced. I took my truck to Les for a second opinion and they said everything looked great and no replacements were needed. Point S had quoted me something like 1K to replace these parts. I am not unreasonable, and I understand if parts need work they need work, but if they don't need it don't try to get me to pay for work I don't need. On top of that, the most recent time I went I had an appointment at 8AM for an oil change, I arrived at 7:55AM to get checked in, all garage doors closed, office semi-dark. Pop into the office, no staff, looking through the garage windows I catch the eye of the one mech on duty. He checks me in for my 8AM appointment at 8:10AM and says it will be around an hour to get my truck done, for an oil change, when I am the first customer of the day. I am not some impatient jerk, but why make me an appointment for 8 if you're going to work on my truck at 8:45, just have the appointment at the time you can do the work rather than have me sitting around in the office for an hour +. Slowly throughout the morning of me sitting in the office staff members trickled in siting bad traffic for their lateness, I get it, been there, but sheesh. All in all the folks here are plenty nice but I don't get a lot of urgency from the staff and am thinking I will hit another spot for work in the future. EDIT: Addressing the company's response to me. Like I said, I understand traffic can be a factor and I was not frustrated enough to negatively affect your staff's days further by being difficult. However, in regard to your reasoning that they live 40 minutes away, so sometimes they are late - if they are going to work a job that is 40 minutes away, then are they not responsible for being on time to work?

I normally don’t do reviews but I have to on this one. I had to reschedule multiple times due to my behalf being a field mechanic. I tried dropping my van off early so finish a job while van got fixed but they were pack and had zero room and politely ask for me to come back on my schedule 2pm. I was there right at 1:50 because on time you are late . Service tech grabbed my van and really hustle so I could get back on the road. Manager/front desk gentlemen was super awsome as well. I will defiantly come back and refer them!

Made an appointment for 2 cars and had both issues diagnosed within the hour! They patched our van’s tire after it got a screw in it and on our other car, we got a replacement wheel ordered and installed same day for a reasonable cost. Very friendly and fast service. Would recommend to anyone.

SCAM ALERT — do NOT bring your car here. I'm echoing every other review warning about these predatory crooks, because people need to know. Went in for a simple flat tire. Asked them to check my brakes while they were at it. They came back with an absolutely EXTORTIONATE $3,500+ quote and the nerve to tell me my suspension was "in pieces" — clearly designed to scare me into handing over my wallet. I spent an entire MONTH believing I might need to buy a new car because of the repair costs these con artists manufactured out of thin air. Took my car to Moss Alley. Know what they found? Only my front brakes needed replacing. My suspension? Completely, totally FINE. Point S fabricated a crisis to rob me. Moss Alley is handling everything — brakes AND an oil change — for $900. That's nearly $2,600 LESS than the fictional repairs Point S tried to sell me. I will never set foot in this shop again and I am telling every single person I know to stay far, far away.
