Pacific Rim Automotive has been servicing my car for years. They are super honest, straightforward, and I 100% trust they do right by their customers. They are professional and polite. My car is always ready when they say it will be if not sooner, and it is always clean! I was ready to get rid of my car before these last repairs, but I love it again! View on GoogleI just have my Mercedes 450 GL 2007 rebuild it by Pacific Rim. I’m so happy the engine. It’s working perfect . I pay $11,000 but the job it’s worth it perfect, so many different dealers and shop doesn’t wanna do this job. The staff and the technicians they know what they doing, this service I call professional I recommend to everybody.
View on GoogleI took a 2005 toyota rav4 with 220k that I inherited into Pacific Rim for an oil change. This is normally something I'd take care of myself, but old car that's new to me needs an inspection. They were thorough and caught everything that I'd known about and a few things I didn't. They called to give an update after the inspection. I declined simple things like air filters and they didn't push or try to sell more services which is great! Easy drop off in the morning and pick up before close. 11/11 would mechanic again

The team there communicate very clearly, are direct and upfront about costs and I always feel that they are looking out for my best interests, not just trying to drive up the costs. I was so delighted and surprised when I went to pick up my car that it had been washed and vacuumed - talk about going over and above on customer service. I highly recommend Pacific Rim - I'll definitely be back for the next service.
