Murray's CARSTAR Collision

I had a great experience with Murray’s CARSTAR Collision repairing my Tesla Model Y. In my opinion, this is one of the best body shops in the Puget Sound region. The team was professional, responsive, and completed the repair quickly. They handled communication with both the insurance company and the rental car, which made the entire process much less stressful. Special thanks to Louie for his excellent customer service — he was very helpful and kept everything on track. They are in-network with State Farm, which made the process much easier. (GEICO and Progressive are not in their network.)

Fantastic repair experience from start to finish! They provided transparent quotes and a website with repair progress and cost breakdowns, and their partnership with Enterprise Rent-a-Car made renting a vehicle easy. They gave regular email updates including when an estimated date of completion was available and called me when they completed three days ahead of schedule. Pickup was straightforward, and they did an amazing job with my car looking good as new (including a complimentary wash)! Would highly recommend.

One of the most helpful parts of the experience was their concierge service. They picked up my car and dropped it off when the work was complete, which was seriously a lifesaver since I didn’t have the ability to rent a car. That level of convenience and customer care made such a difference. The quality of the work was impeccable. When my car was returned, it literally looked brand new. The attention to detail and craftsmanship truly exceeded my expectations. Knowing they are Tesla certified gave me additional confidence, and they absolutely delivered. An impressive Tesla-specific repair shop with great customer service. Updates were regular and timely. The quality of the work was impressive. Definitely recommend as a Tesla shop and better yet they worked seemlessly with USAA insurance
