Really appreciated my experience here with Carl! He was patient, transparent, and took the time to walk me through what was going on with my car. I left feeling good about everything, he even followed up after to check in on everything. You could tell they really care, not just trying to get you in and out. They gained another customer because I will most definitely be coming back!

View on GoogleI trusted my 2008 Roadster Signature 48 with Medlock and Sons and they did not disappoint. They went over the Roadster with a fine tooth comb and made recommendations based on their expert experience. The battery is better than when I purchased the car! They kept in touch with me every step of the way, saving money where they could. They replaced battery sheets, upgraded the suspension using OEM parts, repainted the front bumper and other areas, replaced the coolant pump and motor fan, replaced the tires/ wheel alignment and sound deadening. The quality of their work is excellent and it drives like a dream. Thank you Medlock and Sons for all the trust and hard work!!

View on GoogleLast year I shipped my 3.0 Tesla Roadster to Medlock for extensive repair, when it was clear that my local Tesla shop was not going to handle it well. Carl and his sons proved that they know what they’re doing with Roadsters. Now, months later, I had a question about my Tesla Roadster charge box. I spoke to someone at Tesla yesterday and was told that a Roadster technician would be calling me back. 28 hours later and no call yet! Yesterday, Carl instantly responded to my text, recalled my vehicle well and helped me solve my issue (with no charge!). Bottom line, if you need help with your Roadster, turn to Carl, NOT Tesla!
