Took our Honda Civic in to get a part replaced. Service was great and quick! The mechanics and overall team are kind, honest, and straightforward about the process and cost. Would definitely come back here for service. Convenient location on Aurora makes it easy to get to and from, especially if you need to take the bus/E line home/work.

I searched for reasonable prices to evaluate the car and in the end I just took a chance. Matt’s auto shop spent a good amount of time fixing the car once. My son is over the moon on the workmanship and performance of the car today. I can honestly say Matt’s auto shop will be the shop that does repairs for my son in Seattle. View on GoogleService is slipping. They have been very reliable in the past, but this last visit they really let me down. The intake person failed to take adequate notes when I described the problem. That led to them not even looking into one problem and not understanding the sporadic nature of another problem. They wasted time trying to diagnose an incovenience instead of looking into a brake system issue. Really? Not gonna return soon.
