They did apologize and offered free tire pressure check. Work itself was fine, nothing to complain about, but communication about delay could be better. The price matched what they quoted initially, no surprise charges, which I appreciate. The shop looked a bit crowded but the staff stayed polite throughout.

Got a timing belt/water-pump replacement and the service was excellent. They were very reasonable on price, insisted on only using quality parts. When a couple expected bum parts were found along the way (older car), only charged for the parts since they were already doing the labor. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
